WHY USE A BUYER SPECIALIST?

The reasons for using an agent are both many and very significant.  They include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. The seller of the home will have a qualified agent looking out for their best interests.  They do not pay their agent to look out for you.  That is OUR job.
  2. Real Estate is all we do.  We are constantly monitoring the market and actively looking on your behalf daily.  You will not have information on a new listing the minute it hits the market, we do.
  3. As Realtors, we have access to information that the public does not.  We can research any home on the market BEFORE you write an offer to ensure you are not paying too much!
  4. Negotiating isn’t much fun for the average home buyer.  This is one of our strengths and we love to do it.  We negotiate on property all the time.  We save our clients money.
  5. Contracts can sometimes seem overwhelming and confusing.  We, at the Sandi Meisse Team, work with these contracts on the daily basis.  We will assist you with understanding the components of the contract and ensure that you, our client, are protected.
  6. There are many other details relating to the purchase of a home.  We align ourselves with other professional service providers to make the purchase easy.  We have great alliances with home inspectors, real estate lawyers and mortgage brokers.  You don’t have to worry about much of anything… we do it for you.
  7. FOR SALE BY OWNERS – We regularly assist our clients with the purchase of a “FSBO” property.  We are still here to protect your interests in this type of purchase.  If you see a “FSBO” that you are interested in, please just give us a call and we will arrange to show you the property and help insure that you get the best deal possible.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER ON THE SIGN OR KNOCK ON THE DOOR YOURSELF.  THIS WILL LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF ASSISTANCE WE CAN PROVIDE YOU!
  8. NEW HOME SALES – You may be interested in purchasing a new home.  The salespeople in the showhomes work for one specific builder and their interest lies in selling only that builders product.  Another important note is that anyone can sell homes for a builder and THE SALES PEOPLE HAVE NO EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE A LICENSED REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL, AND THEREFORE DO NOT HAVE THE STRICT ETHICAL GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW.  We encourage our clients to look at properties from more than one builder to ensure they are not missing out on the best home possible.  Please remember we work with your best interest in mind and will assist you in finding the perfect home regardless of who built it.
