I, Sandi, have been a realtor for 24 years and have been a lifelong resident of the area. I am a graduate of Stroudsburg High School and East Stroudsburg University with a bachelors degree in sociology and counseling.
I am a certified Buyers Agent, Relocation Specialist and Team Leader for the “Sandi Meisse Team”. I also earned my Associates Broker license in 2007. I earned my Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) in 2009. This invaluable expertise offers “distressed” home sellers an option to foreclosure. I have formed this team to better serve your needs, either as a buyer or seller. My specialty is as a listing agent and my area of expertise is to properly price and market your property to make sure that it has maximum exposure to get it sold.
Dani Meisse Bandy has been in the business for 15 years and is exclusively a Buyers Agent. Previously, she was in the Title Insurance business, so she is very knowledgable about title searches, insurance and the processing to closing part of the transaction, which is very helpful to the buyers. She has been part of my team for over 6 years and works with buyers through the entire process, from beginning to end. She and you will work together to find the perfect home for you, getting you preapproved and educating and advising you whenever it is needed. Her specialty is to guide buyers through the process from beginning to end. When we close on your “Dream Home”, you are part of our real estate family.
Lynn Meisse is our Office Coordinator. She has a masters degree in business and has previously been in customer service and marketing. She is responsible for our marketing and keeping the transactions on track. She is the one who is in charge of making sure that the paperwork is where it should be and when it should be there. You will hear from Lynn as she is always following up on issues in regards to time is of the essence.
As a team, we are here to make sure the process of buying or selling is as easy as possible. We provide all of the services necessary during and after the transaction to make a smooth transition. You will become part of our real estate family for life. We treat everyone like family.
